The Programme

Following our delivery of the report, we’ll sit and discuss all of our findings until you’re completely satisfied with our assessment. At this point, if its applicable, we’ll also explain what we ourselves could do for you in response to the points highlighted. We’ll put together a programme of training sessions, supplier & product recommendations, service adjustments, fresh cocktail and wine lists or even re-design your website and/or social media. We’ll undertake exactly what is needed to take your business to the next level, and we’ll talk you through every step of the way.

The Visit

The most powerful tool in our arsenal is our site visits. We’ll spend a day at your business, getting a bit behind the scenes, asking a few questions, and quietly listening and taking notes. The end product is a comprehensive, fact based report on what can be done to get you closer to that ultimate goal we spoke about. It could be saving or making more money, it could be improving service, it could even be as simple as making the business greener.
